Free Trial Period

We offer a 7-day free trial period for new subscribers. During this period, you can cancel at any time without being charged. If you cancel before your free trial ends, no payment will be collected.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with SatelliteRadioMaxwithin 30 days of your first paid subscription, we'll refund your money in full. No questions asked. Simply contact our support team to request your refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. Our team will process your refund within 5-10 business days
  4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 30 days of purchase
  • You are requesting your first refund as a subscriber
  • Your account is in good standing

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following are non-refundable:

Partial Refunds
